2007 USN Interservice and Nationals Pistol Application Form 

For the Computer challenged

1. You need to download (or save) this application to your computer.
2. To download, right click the mouse and scroll down to "save target as"
3. Enter the appropriate info (i.e. disk location, etc.) and save the file to your computer.
4. After the file is saved to your computer, fill out the application.
5. Once you've completed the application, resave the file with your name as the file name.
6. Then email the file as an attachment to either the Pistol OIC (CDR Ted Carter).
7. Confirm that they received your application and wait for their approval.
